Just Better Care Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse & Care Partner to deliver in-home nursing care and case management under the Support At Home program. The role involves travel between clients' homes and coordinating care plans within a supportive team.
You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff where needed, and maintain compliance with AHPRA and program guidelines. This is a full time role 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with travel across Geelong.
