The Role
This role can be
part-time or full-time
and will be shaped around your level of experience.
You will work with a diverse caseload across home, community, and education settings. Participant complexity will align with your demonstrated clinical capability and NDIS registration level.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Developing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
Providing behaviour analytic consultation to families and support teams
Leading implementation, monitoring, and review processes
Supporting reduction and elimination of restrictive practices
Contributing to risk mitigation and safeguarding processes

About You
You are:
Are you an Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with minimum 2years plus experience
An experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS registered or eligible)
Confident completing high-quality FBAs and PBSPs
Comfortable working with complex presentations
Ethical, reflective, and clinically curious
Strong in documentation and professional communication
Committed to evidence-based, person-centred practice
Seeking a long-term professional home

Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Behaviour Science, Nursing, Allied Health or related discipline)
Are you an Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with minimum 2years plus experience
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (or eligibility)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
NDIS Worker Screening
Current driver's licence
Remuneration
Competitive salary based on experience and registration level.
