Perilya is seeking a Human Resources Graduate/Officer for its Broken Hill operation to support recruitment, employee lifecycle processes and HR projects. This is an excellent entry point for a recent HR graduate or early-career qualified in a mining environment.
You will provide HR guidance to employees and supervisors, assist with onboarding, documentation, performance processes and workforce planning while developing across all HR facets. This role is residential in Broken Hill.
