The Person
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Previous Property Management experience
Confident managing landlords and tenants
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously
Someone who takes pride in providing great service
A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit office
The Role




You'll manage a small portfolio of approximately 120 properties, looking after the full end-to-end Property Management process.
Manage day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee maintenance, repairs and routine inspections
Manage leasing, applications and tenant selection
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Keep on top of compliance and administration
Provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
