ForHealth is seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join Kedron Medical Centre in Brisbane. You will support GPs and patients through chronic condition management and preventative healthcare, working within a supportive team focused on outcomes.
The role offers part-time or full time flexibility, with opportunities to grow your career through training and internal progression. AHPRA registration as RN/EN is required, with CCM experience preferred.
