We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager for a large residential aged care home in Coolum Beach.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of clinical operations across a large home, lead and develop a substantial clinical team, and work closely with the Facility Manager to drive high standards of care and resident outcomes.
About the Role
As Clinical Manager and 2IC, you'll play a key role in the overall leadership of the home, with responsibility for clinical governance, team leadership, compliance and quality outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing a large team of RNs, ENs and Care Staff
Overseeing clinical governance, care delivery, quality and compliance
Driving continuous improvement and supporting accreditation readiness
Monitoring clinical outcomes and ensuring high standards of resident care
Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
Supporting workforce planning, reporting and day-to-day operations
Working closely with the Facility Manager on the overall performance of the home
Acting as a key clinical leader and 2IC when required
About You
We're looking for an experienced aged care clinical leader who is confident leading a larger team and operating in a complex residential environment.
You'll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, NUM or similar (required)
Strong knowledge of Australian aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of clinical risk,



compliance and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine commitment to resident-centred care
