Lead and coordinate administration services across Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford Correctional Health, overseeing workforce management, service improvement and operational excellence to support high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare workplace.
About the role
The Administration Supervisor is a key member of Administration Services within the Clinical Directorate at Kilcoy Hospital, providing high-level support and advice to administration, clinical and executive staff. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of multiple administrative teams to ensure the delivery of efficient, client-focused services within a demanding healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will lead workforce planning and recruitment activities, manage staffing resources and budgets, oversee training and compliance requirements, and drive administrative process improvements. The role also involves monitoring data integrity, preparing reports, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring administrative services consistently meet organisational objectives and service delivery standards.
About you

Supervise and coordinate administrative teams across multiple service areas to support efficient healthcare service delivery.
Manage staffing rosters,
leave coverage and workforce resources while maintaining budget requirements.
Coordinate recruitment activities for permanent, temporary and casual administration staff across the Directorate.
Lead administrative process improvements, training initiatives and change management activities.
Monitor data integrity, compliance requirements and quality audits while preparing reports and operational proposals.
