About the Role:
Lead and manage financial transactions including M&A;, divestitures, and capital events
Conduct detailed financial due diligence and risk assessments
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
Develop financial models and perform valuations to support strategic decisions




Prepare transaction documentation including financial statements and presentations
Advise senior stakeholders on transaction opportunities and challenges
Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
Build strong relationships with external advisors and financial institutions
About You:
You're a commercially minded professional with a passion for transactions and a knack for solving complex financial problems. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.
CA/CPA qualification or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business
CFA completion is a plus
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in transaction services, or corporate finance
Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proficiency in financial modelling tools (Excel, Bloomberg, DCF analysis)
A collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressure
