West Moreton Health in Queensland is seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team delivering nutrition care to diverse patient populations across the region. The role requires implementing nutritional care under supervision and contributing to quality improvement.
You will conduct nutrition screening, meal audits and patient reviews, provide patient education on therapeutic diets, and assist in discharge planning.
