The Ringwood-based temporary assignment seeks a Booking & Scheduling Administrator to coordinate service technicians, manage bookings, and handle customer enquiries. The role is 100% office-based, Monday to Friday, from 8:30/9:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm, commencing 12 October with an end date around 23 December.
Reporting to the Director, you will log jobs, schedule across sites, and ensure timely communications with customers and technicians.
