About the Role:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify psychological, physical, and vocational barriers.
Provide individual counselling and vocational guidance to support injury adjustment and career planning.
Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation or return‐to‐work plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Liaise with employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to coordinate sustainable outcomes.
Manage a caseload of clients with varying psychosocial and vocational needs.
Deliver workplace assessments, job‐seeking support, and workplace modification advice.
Maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and insurer correspondence in line with compliance standards.
Promote client empowerment, self‐efficacy,
and mental wellbeing through education and goal‐directed interventions.

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
