We're seeking
compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers
to join our care team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
What You'll Love Doing:
Prioritising resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
Supporting physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
Delivering exceptional person-centred care
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
Reporting accurately and promptly on resident care
What You'll Need:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Previous experience in aged care
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)




Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
