Ready to lead safety where it matters most?We're looking for an experienced Site SHE Manager to take ownership of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) across our Erskine Park and Camellia manufacturing sites.Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, influencing leaders, empowering frontline teams, and driving a culture where safety is embedded in everything we do. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape strategy, build capability, and deliver meaningful improvements across two critical manufacturing sites.If you're passionate about creating safer workplaces, influencing change, and partnering with leaders to deliver results, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the go-to HSE expert for site leaders and frontline teamsPartner with the Site Leadership Team to embed a proactive, self-sustaining SHE cultureImplement and continuously improve the GF Safety & Environmental Management Systems (SMS/EMS)Support our people through coaching, training, and capability uplift across key SHE elementsDrive site compliance, emergency preparedness, and audit readinessLead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-upDeliver strong reporting, insights and analysis to drive smarter decision makingOwn site HSE planning, from training needs analysis to environmental performance improvementsSupport injury management and workers compensation processes in partnership with CARE teamsRepresent the site in national HSE forums and projects, contributing to strategic initiativesAbout YouYou are a confident and influential SHE professional who thrives on building relationships, challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvement.You know how to engage leaders, coach teams,



and turn safety initiatives into real business outcomes. Whether you're on the production floor or in the boardroom, you're credible, proactive, and passionate about creating safer workplaces.You Will BringTertiary qualifications in OHS, Health Science or a related discipline (or working towards)Minimum 5 years' SHE experience, ideally within FMCG or complex manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and Workers Compensation frameworksDemonstrated experience implementing safety systems and driving compliance outcomesExcellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionCertificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)Why Goodman Fielder?At Goodman Fielder, safety isn't just a priority, it's a core value.As one of Australia and New Zealand's leading food companies, we're proud to make everyday food better for everyone.
