The Role
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while driving boutique performance. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will develop long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, provide expert styling and product advice, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets. You will also support the wider team through your leadership, clienteling expertise, and commitment to maintaining the highest luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated and personalised luxury client experience at every interaction
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients
Drive sales performance through proactive client outreach, appointments, and networking
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI's




Utilise CRM tools to develop a strong client portfolio and generate repeat business
Support the boutique leadership team in driving a high-performance culture
Mentor and coach team members through best-practice clienteling and sales techniques
Skills and Experience
You will possess a proven track record within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, or other high-end client-facing environments. You are passionate about building meaningful client relationships and thrive when delivering personalised experiences for discerning clientele. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset will be key to your success. Experience working with VIP clients, developing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets within a luxury setting will be highly regarded.
