Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
Working across lunch, dinner, and function service
Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

About you
Qualified Chef (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
Reliable, motivated, and able to work well under pressure
Availability for weekends and evenings
