MiCare is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery within our residential aged care service in Victoria.
You will work with the Facility Manager to drive high-quality, person-centred care and solid clinical governance.
The role requires RN (Division 1) with AHPRA, leadership experience, and the ability to motivate teams, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Australian/New Zealand citizens or permanent residents preferred.
