Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking an experienced Youth Residential Support Worker to provide secure, nurturing care to children and young people with Autism in a 24/7 residential setting.
You will support daily routines, education, and personal care using a strengths-based approach to help each young person build skills and confidence.
This full-time role is based in the Perth metro area with 2.5-day shifts including overnights over a three-week cycle, followed by nine days off.
