Job Responsibilities
Drive Hospitality standards across homes within the region as requested by the Hospitality Development Manager or Regional Manager in line with Estias Hospitality standards.
Maintain budget performance across those homes whilst providing the highest quality offerings.
Conduct Head Chef orientations
Assist the Hospitality Development Manager with menu development which are in line with Estia's 'Cook Fresh' philosophy.
Maintain an A rating for food safety and ensure Estia's Food Safety programs audit program is complete.
Insure that homes across the region are fully compliant with relevant AACQA standards relating to food.
