Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Case Coordinator in Sydney to provide personalised and responsive case coordination for asylum seekers and refugees.
You will assess eligibility, develop and update case plans, and refer clients to community supports while ensuring safety and robust client relationships.
Permanent, full-time, 38 hours per week, with Parramatta office location and hybrid working arrangement.
