Ausbuild is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and broader HR operations across the business. You will maintain confidentiality while optimising HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key duties include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, probation management and engagement initiatives, plus supporting HR reporting and policy updates. Residential construction experience is highly regarded.
