NiCE is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer, CX to drive the delivery of AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions within the NICE CXone ecosystem. This customer-facing role combines hands-on coding with integration work and detailed design documentation.
You will configure deployments, build integrations, and optimize bot behaviors while collaborating with Implementation Engineers and Project Managers to ensure successful outcomes for customers worldwide.
