About the Role
As our Senior Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting the nursing team during daily operations
Mentoring and coaching nurses to build skills and confidence
Assisting with workflow coordination and ensuring smooth clinic operations
Providing high-quality patient care across medicine, surgery, and hospital cases
Performing nursing duties including pathology, radiography, anaesthesia monitoring, treatments, hospital care, and client communication
Supporting training, process improvement, and clinical excellence initiatives
Promoting a positive team culture aligned with our values

About You




We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
Has 3+ years of veterinary nursing experience, with some leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Demonstrates strong clinical nursing skills and confidence across a variety of cases
Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is passionate about animal welfare and patient care
Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude and enjoys supporting others' development
