About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced
Practice Manager, Optical Manager, or Senior Optical Dispenser




with a strong leadership background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team success, and creating a culture where patients receive outstanding care every time they visit.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years' experience in the optical industry
Proven experience managing or leading teams within optical, retail, or healthcare environments
Strong dispensing skills and technical optical knowledge
A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
Strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills
The ability to successfully manage change and drive continuous improvement
A consultative approach to patient care and sales
Confidence using optical retail systems and practice management tools
