Housemark is seeking a Recent Business Coordinator to help get new properties ready, leased and smoothly onboarded across Queensland and Victoria. You'll work with Business Development Managers, attend properties, meet prospective tenants and keep the team informed.
You'll host open homes, spot issues before move-in, gather feedback on pricing and presentation, and prepare reports for the team. The role blends leasing, inspections, and coordination.
