Elevate Electricians Program in NSW
- a unique opportunity for qualified electricians to transition into the lift industry and build a long-term career as a Lift Service Technician.
We are looking for motivated electricians who want to expand their skills, work with advanced technology, and develop a highly specialised trade. Through our structured training program, you'll learn everything you need to become a Lift Service Technician.
No lift experience? No problem.

About the Elevate Electrician Program
Our EE Program is designed to fast-track qualified electricians into the lift industry through a combination of:
Structured classroom and practical training
While at the same time in a in both a classroom and live environment:
Mentoring from experienced Lift Technicians
Exposure to lift and escalator technologies
Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic training
Ongoing development and certification pathways
Clear career progression opportunities
You'll join our Service team and learn how to maintain,
troubleshoot and repair lifts and escalators while being supported every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
As an entry-level Lift Service Technician, you will use your existing electrical knowledge as the foundation for developing specialist skills in lift maintenance, fault-finding and repair. You will:
Learn to maintain and repair lifts and escalators
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
Respond to customer breakdown calls
Perform preventative maintenance inspections
Develop expertise in control systems and automation technologies
Build strong customer relationships with building owners and managers
Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
Work alongside experienced technicians and mentors
No two days are the same, and you'll develop a highly sought-after skill set within a specialised industry.
What we're looking for

To be successful, you will have:
Current Electrical NSW Licence
Current Driver's Licence preferred
Sound fault-finding, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
