Administration Assistant / Junior Property Manager
This full-time position combines office administration, customer service and property inspections. You will provide support to the Senior Property Manager while managing day-to-day operations across leasing, inspections and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Property Manager
Conducting routine inspections and preparing inspection reports
Responding to leasing enquiries and assisting prospective tenants
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
Assisting with rental applications, tenancy paperwork and property records
Following up emails and outstanding tasks
Helping the team keep property management operations running smoothly
About you
Previous experience working in property management
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
A friendly, skilled phone manner




Clear written and verbal communication
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using property management software and learning new systems
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager would be an advantage
