Eureka Bistro Daylesford in Daylesford, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Chef to prepare and present Italian and contemporary Bistro dishes. You will lead kitchen operations, follow established recipes, and ensure quality and consistency during busy service.
The ideal candidate holds a minimum diploma in Commercial Cookery, has at least one year of skilled kitchen experience, and will help with menu development, stock control, and food safety.
