Barbossa Bar and Bottle shop is a Caribbean themed venue that provides a excellent customer experience to our patrons by from our extensive cocktails and strong influence on rums. Our food is Caribbean and Western style. We specialise in functions and also do breakfast on weekends. We have an attached bottle shop to add extra value to our venue. We have a strong family ethic with team members that care.
Qualifications & experience
Must have a current RMLV and Approved Managers license
Minimum 1 years experience as a Duty Manager
Minimum 2 years experience bartending
Barista experience advantageous but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Managing the venue
Serving customers
Closing of venue
end of night procedures and paperwork
Managing a team
Training




Following OLGR rules and regulations
Must have cocktail experience
Running of venue
Helping manage functions
Helping to write cocktail menus
