Just Better Care Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse & Care Partner to deliver in-home nursing care and case management under the Support At Home program. The role combines clinical duties with client liaison and travel to homes within Geelong.
You will work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, primarily office-based with visits to clients, providing leadership, coaching and supervision to support staff while ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.
