Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a Practice Manager for Open Arms – Veterans & Families Counselling. This in office role, with some flexibility, supports the region's clinical services, leads the dispersed administrative team and provides strategic executive support to the Director, including resource management and program coordination.
The PM will monitor client service, staff and financial activity within the region's quality improvement framework, reporting against national projects
