You will be required to professionally process inbound customer service calls, ensure delivery of a consistent and high-quality customer experience and be proactive in identifying business improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be required to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, to act as the communication conduit between our customers and our business partners, suppliers and service providers.
Areas of Accountability: Responding to online and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner Performing bookings and schedules for customers and delivery drivers Following up on deliveries and ensuring DIFOT is adhered to Assisting Customers with claims relating to damages,
