The Day to Day
In this dynamic role, you will:




Oversee customer intake, triaging, and clinical referral assessment
Manage workforce scheduling and operational rostering to maximize efficiency
Ensure the right resource meets the right need at the right time
Provide leadership in referral management, insourcing/outsourcing decisions, and team performance
Leverage data-driven insights to optimise care delivery and workforceutilization
About You
We'relooking for a clinical and operational expert with solid business acumen and a passion for improving care outcomes.You'llthrive in this role if you:
Hold tertiary qualifications in allied health or nursing with
current AHPRA registration
Havesignificant experiencein clinical operations and workforce management
Are data-focused, process-driven, and always seeking efficiency gains
Possess solid leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team
Understand how to balance customer needs with optimizing service delivery
