Your roles:
Manage inbound leads from initial enquiry through to sale, using an established sales process
Build customer relationships through phone, email and in-person meetings
Conduct site inspections, measurements and quoting for larger opportunities
Coordinate installers, measurements and installations across the national network




Manage orders with manufacturers and ensure a smooth process from sale to delivery
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, architects and developers
Manage customer enquiries and provide ongoing support
Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency and the overall customer experience
About you:
Previous experience in an inbound sales role, ideally dealing with quotes, qualifying leads and dealing with A&D;, Commercial, SMB and Medium Businesses
Confident, professional and genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships
Organised and able to manage multiple leads, customers and priorities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without being micromanaged
A team player who enjoys working closely with others and sharing ideas
Versatile and adaptable in a fast-growing, changing environment
Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a desire to help shape and grow the business
