is seeking a motivated and detail-focused
HR & Payroll Clerk
to join our Human Resources team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse automotive group with 10 locations throughout South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sound administration experience who wants to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide payroll and HR administrative support across the business, ensuring employees are paid accurately and employee records are maintained in line with company and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
Process employee commencements, transfers and terminations
Maintain employee records and personnel files
Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding and induction administration
Respond to payroll and HR-related enquiries
Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes




Ensure payroll and HR compliance requirements are met
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous administrative experience, ideally with a background in HR/payroll
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
A proactive and team-focused approach
