Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000

What This Role Involves
As a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a "home away from home" for our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all site and contract-scoped accommodation and catering services.
Overseeing accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)



smoothly and efficiently.
Taking full responsibility for financial performance and P&L;, with a focus on labor and food costs.
Fostering impeccable client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Leading, developing, and mentoring a dedicated on-site team.
All About You
To thrive in this rapid-paced, remote environment, you will need:
Stable and progressive management experience within a remote or village environment.
Exceptional administrative skills and experience with accommodation reservation systems.
Strong financial acumen and a track record of managing P&L.;
A resilient, professional, and 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to genuine customer service.
Strict adherence to food and general safety practices.
The ability to work long hours and adapt to varying degrees of heat, cold, and humidity.
Highly Desirable: A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a manual driver's license, and a forklift ticket.
