Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a hands-on Precinct Meetings & Events Floor Manager to lead daily event delivery across the Panthers Events Centre Precinct and WSCC.
You will direct the team, ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage setup, service and pack-down to the highest standard.
The role requires solid leadership, a passion for hospitality and the ability to work across departments to deliver seamless events.
RSA/RCG certified and flexible Thu–Sun shifts are essential.
