The role will provide a consistent, high-quality approach to complaints management across MHACHSS, ensuring matters are managed in a timely, person-centred and responsive manner.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Demonstrated advanced capability in stakeholder consultation and engagement,
