Silverwater Resort in Victoria, San Remo, seeks an experienced Demi Chef to undertake cooking, butchery, baking and pastry duties, and to supervise and train kitchen staff. This full-time role reports to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, offering a market-competitive salary of 75,000 to 81,000 AUD plus superannuation.
You will work in a high-volume kitchen, assist in stock control, mentor apprentices, ensure food safety standards, and follow all SOPs.
