Assume full command and responsibility for the safe, efficient operation of every flight.
Lead by example so service standards consistently exceed expectations.
Execute all duties in accordance with company Operations Manuals with precision and professionalism.
Maintain schedule integrity while upholding the highest safety standards.
Apply advanced NTS to foster teamwork and operational success.

Minimum qualifications & hours
License: Current ATPL issued by the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority or the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia, with eligibility for a NZ ATPL under the TTMRA.
Type Rating: Current Boeing 737NG (specifically not the 737 MAX), with recent experience on type within the last five years.
Flight Time:
6,000 hours total time.
3,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA).
EITHER 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG OR 2,000 hours PIC on types over 50 tonnes MTOW.
