CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker – Joinery
We are an established joinery company based in Sydney looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker to join our team on a full-time basis.
We specialise in custom residential and commercial joinery and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work efficiently in a busy joinery factory.
About the role:
Operate CNC machinery for cabinet and joinery production
Operate edgebander and other joinery machinery
Load and unload boards and materials
Read plans, cutting lists and job specifications
Label, sort and prepare components for assembly
Check measurements and finished components for accuracy and quality
Assist with cabinet assembly and general factory duties when required
Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area
Work with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
