International Customer Service Specialist - Sailing Equipment Sales & Logistics
This role manages international customer orders from receipt to delivery, delivering excellent service while coordinating with customers, distributors, freight providers, manufacturing facilities and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone.
Process sales orders, credits and warranty claims in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Coordinate export orders and shipments from order receipt through to delivery.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping providers and export partners.
Monitor open orders and backorders, maintaining accurate supply information for customers and stakeholders.
Review freight costs, freight reconciliation and export-related charges.
Build and maintain solid relationships and rapport with our long-term customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
About you
Experience in customer service, sales support, order management and export administration.




Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe PDF.
Export, freight or logistics coordination experience.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Marine, boating or sailing industry experience (desirable).
Knowledge of the Ronstan product range or similar technical products (desirable).
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable).
