About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and thrives in a team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant commercial cookery qualification.
Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or in a senior chef position.
Minimum 1 year's Sous Chef experience preferred.
Full availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Excellent time-management.
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine commitment to working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day operation and management of the kitchen.
Lead, support and motivate the kitchen team during service.




Ensure food is prepared consistently to a high standard.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
Assist with ordering, stock control and minimising food wastage.
Ensure kitchen procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture.
