We are seeking three experienced Full-Cycle Recruiters to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition team.
You will take complete ownership of assigned vacancies from initial hiring-manager briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful hire.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Conduct hiring-manager intake meetings.
Advertise roles through SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Proactively source passive candidates.
Screen and interview candidates.
Coordinate interviews and feedback.
Conduct reference checks.
Manage salary discussions and offers.
Negotiate and close candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
Provide regular recruitment progress updates.
Experience Required
5–7 years' recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Solid full-cycle recruitment experience.
Excellent proactive sourcing capability.
Experience using SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.




Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
