Malcolm Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient delivery of projects across South East Queensland. From principal-contracted projects up to $20M to specialised structures, pavement works and bridge remediation, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead crews and subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations, crews, subcontractors and trades
Coordinate plant, materials, deliveries and resources
Drive safety, quality and productivity on site
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
Monitor progress, productivity, variations and potential delays
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors
Apply practical construction knowledge to improve delivery and efficiency
About you




Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
Solid civil construction knowledge and site leadership skills
Confident managing crews, subcontractors and multiple trades
Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
Ability to read plans, specifications and project documentation
Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
Strong communication and organisational skills
