In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert guidance across asset maintenance, property matters and strategic planning, making sure frontline services can rely on well managed facilities every day.You'll lead the protection and maintenance of high value, complex assets, ensuring compliance with the Maintenance Management Framework and all health, safety, security and reliability standards. Your expertise will influence land and property matters, capital works delivery, risk management systems, and long term asset strategies. You'll also maintain contemporary knowledge of trends,



design specifications and emerging technologies shaping contemporary correctional facilities.We're looking for an experienced professional who thrives in complex environments and can deliver outcomes within tight budget, compliance and operational constraints. You'll bring strong analytical capability, proven experience in high security or similarly complex asset portfolios, and the confidence to negotiate, influence and build productive stakeholder relationships.
