Joblink Plus is looking for a creative and motivated Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our Communications team based in our Hamilton site.
If you're equally comfortable behind a camera, in the editing suite and bringing creative ideas to life through design, this is an opportunity to create content with genuine purpose.
You'll capture and share the people, stories and community impact of Joblink Plus, producing engaging video, photography and digital content for social media, websites, campaigns, events and organisational communications.
About the Role
Working with teams across Joblink Plus, you'll take content from initial idea through to final production, helping us tell meaningful stories and build a strong, consistent brand presence.
Plan, film and edit high-quality video content for digital, social, website and marketing channels
Capture photography across events, community activities, campaigns and organisational initiatives
Film interviews, testimonials and stories that showcase the people we work with, services and community impact
Develop creative concepts, story ideas, scripts, shot lists and production plans
Produce short-form and long-form content tailored to different platforms and audiences
Create graphics, thumbnails, titles, captions, overlays and supporting digital assets
Work with stakeholders to uncover and develop engaging content opportunities
Coordinate shoots, locations, equipment and production requirements
Manage digital assets and content libraries
Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, privacy, copyright and organisational requirements
About You




You're a creative storyteller who knows how to capture attention and turn an idea into polished visual content.
You'll bring:
Experience in videography, photography, graphic design, content creation or a related creative field
Strong video production and editing skills with an eye for composition, storytelling and detail
Graphic design capability and experience creating engaging digital assets
Confidence operating video, photography, lighting and audio equipment
The ability to develop content for different audiences, platforms and communication objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with a range of people and stakeholders
Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creative projects
A proactive approach to creativity, problem solving and continuous improvement
An interest in emerging content trends, technologies and digital platforms
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about using visual storytelling and creative content to make a meaningful community impact.
