Bega Cheese Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Ridge Street site, overseeing a team of about 40 operators. The role focuses on achieving targets across quality, safety, cost and environmental performance in a rapid-paced FMCG environment.
The successful candidate will work 12-hour day shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on Mon, Tue, Wed and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM on every fourth Sunday, with a balanced four-day work week and additional shift allowances.
