We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeperto work closely with our CFO and take ownership of key bookkeeping, month-end, compliance and financial reporting processes. This is a permanent part time position of approximately 3 days per week, with flexibility around the days and hours for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Own month-end processes and financial reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial and management reports (BAS, PAYGW, Payroll Tax)
Analyse budgets, forecasts and financial variances
Process and reconcile weekly payroll
Manage key compliance and statutory reconciliations
Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting




Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Assist with finance projects, process improvements and ad hoc CFO support
About You
Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Understanding of BAS, GST and statutory compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
