Processing and handling fresh salmon, trout and roe.
Inspecting and grading fish and roe for quality and size.
Weighing, packing and labelling seafood and caviar products.
Preparing products for chilling, freezing, storage and dispatch.
Operating fish-processing and packaging equipment.
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and temperature-control standards.
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and production areas.
