About us:
The Respiratory Outpatient Clinical Nurse delivers advanced-level specialist care to a diverse patient population. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics, fostering effective collaboration with the broader healthcare team, and coordinating and participating in outreach activities.
Departmental operational hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

About your role:
Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning.
Deliver high-quality and productive clinical care within the outpatient setting, working collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager, medical staff, and administrative team to develop and implement processes that enhance team performance, clinic efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost effective care.
